We use minimal processing, ensuring the taste and structural integrity of the milk is as nature intended. Every step is done on farm - from milking our cows twice a day, using a slow speed pump to transfer the milk, batch pasteursing at lower temperatures and bottling by hand. We don’t Homogenise our Milk – meaning the cream still rises to the top.  By doing things on farm we can ensure you get the freshest, safest and tastiest milk available.

We use Bio-dynamic and sustainable farming practices – meaning our cows are fed on naturally grown pastures with no artificial fertilizers, nitrates or other chemicals. We use a natural biodynamic fertilizer and soil probiotic plus oversow with naturally occurring grasses such as rye and clovers, as well as strip grazing which allows our small herd to eat fresh pasture all day, every day. They also receive a small portion of sustainably grown Hay and grain to compliment their pasture based diets. Because our herd is pasture fed our milk varies with the seasons (and with what the cows are eating) meaning there will be seasonal fluctuation in taste and cream content.


We currently sell direct to the public through a range of Farmers' Markets and Events. We're working towards having on farm sales but until then buying direct from us is the best way to support us as we grow. At all our markets we sell our full range of products and are happy to arrange pre-orders or standing orders - just get in touch via email or phone to place an order for a specific market.

Our Market schedule is as follows:

Kiama Farmers' Market - Every Wednesday at Black Beach, Kiama from 3pm-6pm (2pm - 5pm in Winter)
Carriageworks Farmers' Market - Every Saturday at Carriageworks building, Wilson St, Redfern from 8am - 1pm

The Farms Market - The 1st Sunday of the month at 'The Farm' in Killalea State Park from 10am - 3pm
Kiama Seaside Market - The 3rd Sunday of the month at Black Beach, Kiama from 9am - 3pm
Coledale Market - The 4th Sunday of the month at Coledale Primary School from 9am - 3pm
